“GVC Mortgage, Inc. TV Giveaway Contest”

(“Contest”)

No home loan financing necessary to enter or win. Mortgage Entries and Non-Mortgage Entries have an Equal Chance of Winning LCD TV.

1. Eligibility: Contest entrants must be legal residents of Indiana or Illinois who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of GVC Mortgage, Inc (“Sponsor”), and its parent company and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, independent contractors and prize suppliers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this Contest.

2. To Enter: Contest begins on November 4, 2011 and ends at 12:00 a.m. on February 29, 2012 (the “Promotional Period”). To enter, go to www.GVCMortgageInc.com and click on the “Register To Win a 40” LCD TV Here!” contest icon and follow directions to complete a short housing survey about yourself. Only one entry per person.

All entries must be received by 12:00 a.m. on February 29, 2012. Incorrect, inaccurate and entries not completing the survey questions are void. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process, the operation of Sponsor’s web site, or otherwise in violation of the rules.

3. Prize Drawing Details: A winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about March 31, 2012 from among all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest. The actual odds of winning will depend upon the total number of actual eligible entries received.

4. Prize Notification: The winner will be notified by mail, phone or email, at Sponsor’s discretion, and the winner’s name and town of residence will be published by GVC Mortgage, Inc on or about April 15, 2012. If the Sponsor is not able to award a prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising or promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, including print media and online announcements worldwide and in perpetuity in any media, now known and hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

5. Prize - One Grand Prize will be awarded: One 40 inch LCD television. Approximate Retail Value $400.00. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes awarded during Promotion Period: $400.00. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the prizes are unavailable. No substitutions or transfers of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Use of Entries: Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In addition, during the TV Giveaway Contest and after the drawing, the Sponsor may contact you at the email address you’ve indicated with special offers or other information. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which will govern the use of any information you provide, is located on the Internet at www.GVCMortgageInc.com, by clicking on the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of the page.

7. General Conditions: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANTS RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENT COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, THE PRIZE SPONSOR, AND ALL SPONSOR’S AND PRIZE SPONSOR’SRESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND EMPLOYEES, (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE OR NONUSE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY TRAVEL OR TRAVEL RELATED ACTIVITY THERETO) THAT MAY BE AWARDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH AND PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES.

Releasees are not responsible for computer, technical, printing, typographical, human or other errors, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the prizes, the processing of entries or in any Contest related materials; for transactions or entries that are lost, stolen, late, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, garbled, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage due mail; for transactions or entries that fail to enter into the processing system, or are reported or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error.

As a condition of entering the Contest, participant, agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall attorneys’ fees be recoverable. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. These official rules shall be interpreted exclusively in accordance with Indiana law, and any cause of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or the prizes awarded, shall be heard and resolved in either the federal or state courts located in Crown Point, Indiana. If any provision of these official rules shall be held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision hereof.
